Description

Adapted from an antique African chieftain seat 19th Century, Cameroon. Overhanging front and back rails are scooped in a descending curved fashion for comfort. The seat deck is formed by interlaced leather straps and is gracefully raised by chamfered tapering posts that are connected by a box stretcher.
