Willis Furniture provides access to professional service technicians who offer in-home wood refinishing, repairs, and upholstery service for one year from the original delivery date when issues are related to manufacturing defects. In the rare event that a more advanced restoration process is required, we’ll transport your furniture to our workshop, complete the repairs, and return it to your home at no cost to you.

After the first year, a $45 home inspection fee and a $35-per-hour labor charge apply for service or repairs. Please note that fabrics are not warranted against fading or normal wear, so we encourage you to speak with your sales consultant or designer about proper care. To provide additional peace of mind, Willis proudly offers an extended protection program through the Guardsman Gold Program, which extends both the manufacturer’s and Willis warranties to five years from the date of delivery—see warranty literature for full details.
