Official Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility - Age: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residency: Open to legal residents of the United States. Exclusions: Employees of Willis Furniture, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to win.
2. No Purchase Necessary - No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Prize Details - The prize consists of two (2) assembled Ashley Furniture Adirondack chairs. The prize is awarded "as-is." No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes is permitted.
4. Logistics & Fulfillment - Pickup: The winner may elect to pick up the assembled chairs from the Willis Furniture showroom in Virginia Beach, VA, at a mutually agreed-upon time. Delivery: If the winner requires delivery, the delivery address must be within the standard Willis Furniture delivery zone. Costs: The winner is responsible for any and all delivery fees associated with the prize. If the winner resides outside the delivery zone and cannot arrange for local pickup, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Winner Selection & Notification - The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Willis Furniture reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Publicity Release - By entering, the winner grants Willis Furniture the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes (e.g., a "Congratulations" post on social media) without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Limitation of Liability - By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Willis Furniture and Ashley Furniture from any liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
8. Marketing Communications - By entering this sweepstakes, you expressly consent to receive promotional and marketing communications from Willis Furniture, including: Email Marketing: Periodic newsletters, sales alerts, and special offers sent to the email address provided. SMS/Text Messaging: Automated marketing text messages sent to the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Opt-Out Rights: You are not required to remain subscribed to receive marketing materials as a condition of winning.
