CANCELLED/RETURNED SPECIAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 35% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

 

MERCHANDISE HELD FOR OVER 30 DAYS IS SUBJECT TO A STORAGE FEE (10% OF SALE, MAXIMUM OF $100 PER MONTH).

We take pride in offering you quality home furnishings and professional assistance and service. If, in the first 15 days after you have received your purchase from our stock, you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the item. We will replace, repair, or exchange the merchandise. Please note that Mattresses, Carpet, Window Treatments, and any custom made or installed merchandise is excluded.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders must be accompanied by a 35% non-refundable deposit. A special order is furniture, or other home furnishings, Willis Furniture Co. does not stock and is ordered, or made to order, based on your specifications.

WARRANTIES AND SERVICE

1. Willis Furniture Company makes no warranties expressed, implied or otherwise including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Willis Furniture Company will faithfully service Manufacturers' warranties.

2. We offer professional service technicians who can provide in-home wood refinishing, repairs and upholstery service to you for one year from the original date of delivery on manufacturing defects. In rare cases special processes are needed to restore your furniture, in which event Willis Furniture will transport your furniture to our shop, repairs will be performed, and the merchandise returned to you.

3. After one year from the date of delivery there will be a $75 home inspection fee and a $75 per hour labor charge to repair or service merchandise.

4. Fabrics are not warrantied against fading or wear. Ask your sales consultant or designer about proper care or go to www.willisfurniture.com.

5. It is the policy of Willis Furniture to offer to each customer an extended warranty program. The warranty extends the manufacturer's warranty, plus accidental damage coverage, to five years from the date of delivery. For coverage details see warranty literature.

 

SHIPPING DATES

All orders are subject to manufacturers' production schedules. Shipping dates are an approximation and not a guarantee. We track orders diligently and will notify you of any unforeseen delays as we discover them. Please call your sales person or designer at any time if you have questions about your order.

WILLIS FURNITURE CHARGE AGREEMENT

Purchase of the merchandise described on your invoice at the price stated and receipt of a fully completed invoice are hereby acknowledged. If payment is made by check delivery of title to the merchandise is subject to collection of the check. Buyer agrees that the Revolving Charge Agreement between Buyer and Seller will govern purchases of and payment for the merchandise described on this invoice.
