I had an excellent experience from everyone I encountered at Willis. Ericka was really helpful finding the right sofa I wanted. The whole transaction was easy and the delivery team was great. They were on time and had to try two different entryways to get it in, but got it in carefully and exactly where we wanted.

The delivery service provided by Rick and his co-worker was superb and by far the most careful delivery crew I’ve experienced in some time. They didn’t bump a single wall nor scrape any panels of my floor. They were not only prompt, but efficient and ensured everything was exactly as I wanted it before leaving. They even topped it off with a very nice touch by making the delivery giving my wife two flowers. Very nice touch. Thank you gentlemen and your delivery and customer service should be the example all delivery services should emulate.

I highly recommend Willis Furniture for not only their selection of furniture, but for the highly knowledgeable sales staff and the delivery team that delivered my furniture. Upon delivery, I received flowers—WOW, what company does that? I had a slight problem with one of my leather arms and lo and behold, only 2 hours after delivery, Steve the technician showed up and within 15 minutes fixed the arm.
