Art By Ta – Friday Night 1
Friday Night 1 is a striking black-and-white photograph that recalls the work of Helmut Newton, a German-Australian photographer whose provocative and sensual black-and-white images became a defining feature of fashion photography in the 20th century. This work perfectly captures the ambiance of a quintessential 1950s cocktail lounge by showcasing a single martini glass. The clarity of the glass, with its defined edges, and its reflected contents offers a lovely contrast to the blurred, abstract background, giving the piece an almost dreamlike quality. An original addition the ART by TA Collection, Friday Night 1 is a sophisticated portrayal of the mid-1950s in this beautiful image on textured paper.
