Our interior designer, Katie Ruckel had the opportunity to work with her client designing this fun red, white, and blue beach home in Sandbridge, VA.
The client wanted the home to be bright and cheery with a patriotic influence. The focal point of the room is a beautiful red leather sleeper sectional from American Leather. The client chose American Leather because she has one of their comfort sleepers in a rental cabin located off a lake. She knew the leather would withstand heavy use with renters and the Tempurpedic mattress would keep guests happy.

The blue and white stripe occasional chairs are from our Compass Pointe line and coordinate beautifully with the nautical knot storage ottoman perfect for stashing away children’s toys or extra blankets.
The dining table and chairs were custom ordered from Canadel in a classic blue and white finish. The blue console table is also from Canadel. Canadel is a great source for coordinating great room furniture. They offer a variety of living room tables, media cabinets, and dining room furniture where you have the ability to choose different sizes and finish options. Canadel also uses a catalyzed lacquer finish, providing their furniture with excellent durability and resistance to heat and moisture.
