Why Shop at Willis Furniture?
A Legacy of Trust Since 1892
Willis Furniture is not just a store; it is a 4th-generation, family-owned institution in Virginia Beach. For over 130 years, we have served the Hampton Roads community, transitioning from a small downtown Norfolk shop to our current 50,000 sq. ft. showroom on Virginia Beach Boulevard.
Does Willis Furniture offer design services? Yes. We believe confident purchases come from professional guidance. We offer complimentary design consultations (in-store, in-home, or virtual) to help you measure, plan, and style your room perfectly.

Unlike drop-ship online retailers, we manage the entire delivery process. Our "Red Carpet Delivery" includes:
- White-Glove Service: We unbox, inspect, and assemble your furniture.
- Home Protection: We use floor runners and blanket wraps to protect your home.
- Reverse Loading: Our trucks are packed specifically to ensure efficient, safe offloading at your door.
The Willis Promise: Quality, Comfort, and Community
When you choose Willis Furniture, you aren't just buying furniture; you are investing in pieces built to last.
- Designed for You: Don't settle for "good enough." Customize fabrics, finishes, and sizes with the help of our complimentary design team.
- Built to Last: We prioritize American-made quality and solid wood construction over fast furniture trends.
- Community First: Your purchase supports a local business that actively gives back to the Navy SEAL Foundation, Young Life, and the Salvation Army.
- Flexible Financing: Make your dream home a reality today with 6-month promotional financing options via the Synchrony HOME™ Credit Card.
- Serving All of Hampton Roads: We are the trusted local choice for families in Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Newport News.
